My son and I had a really good experience during our visit to Dr. Phillips' office. The staff was thorough in explaining things from insurance to procedures. My son had his impacted wisdom teeth removed and he felt good after the procedure. Both Dr. Phillips and the young lady who assisted him were thorough in telling me how to help my son work through the healing process. I am very pleased with the service we received today.

In this time of so many private dental offices being scooped up by corporate entities and their service, from your initial phone call to the actual procedure, going straight in the tank, Dr. Phillips and his team are a godsend. I broke a front tooth off to the point that only an extraction and an implant were the logical way to go. Dr. Phillips' office manager, Cindy, worked very hard to squeeze me in around his incredibly busy schedule for a consultation. That being done, surgery was able to be scheduled one week later. The procedure, done under a local anesthetic, was totally painless. As I was awake during the procedure, Dr. Phillips kept me looped in on everything he was going to do before he started to do it. He has an extremely calm and reassuring demeanor and this puts a patient at ease. The extraction site healed nicely. There were no post surgery issues, and now it's a matter of time to wait for the post to be ready to accept a crown. I don't have dental anxiety, but many people do and, if so, this is the individual you want to trust to do a 5-Star job while focusing on keeping you very much at ease. If Dr. Phillips is not available, check on Dr. Rao's availability because, although she did not do my procedure, all of her patients rave about her. I will always choose a small office practice for any medical or dental procedure because they are not under the microscope of a corporate entity pressing for only two things. Absolutely amazing. I am a dentist who refers to Dr.Phillips. When my wife needed a wisdom tooth extracted Phillips was my only choice. I knew it would be an easier one but I thought it would take longer than 37 seconds. Amazing to watch him work.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Phillips and his team twice for oral surgery, and both experiences were exceptional. The service I received was outstanding, with no complications each time. The entire team exhibited excellent professionalism and provided amazing customer service. I truly hate dental procedures, but they made it so much easier for the patients there. The whole office is very friendly! Especially the folks at the front desk :) The day of my surgery all of the staff was again very friendly. They helped me feel comfortable before the procedure and it went by super quick! Very glad my dentist referred me to them.

I just want say Dr.Phillips is an Awesome Surgeon. I am the caregiver for his patient that had oral surgery on Thursday. The process was so easy. The office itself is breath taking. His staff is so professional and easy to work with. But why I stopped to write a review is becase after Walter's surgery, I was given a paper with the Dr. personal cell phone number that I was able to call if there were concerns. I was able to call today and it is Sunday. He picked right up. Never seen that before EVER! GREAT JOB DR. PHILLIPS AND HIS TEAM! I will tell everyone I know, if you need Oral Surgery. My regular dentist was, rightfully, concerned about an unexplained infection and a shard of bone that was loose in my mouth, and he immediately said “I strongly encourage you to see Dr. Donald Phillips: he’s the best oral surgeon in the area.” Dr. Phillips’ office was kind enough to work me in very quickly and I had my consultation within a few days. The staff was helpful and courteous: they have an efficient system for collecting needed information and filling out forms. The nurses and support staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Phillips was knowledgeable and to the point. He helped me understand my issue and made clear suggestions about how to resolve it. He was very upfront about side effects, potential issues, and the realities of any medical procedure. Dr. Phillips suggested that I undergo an alveoplasty and, thanks to a cancellation, I was able to have my operation within a few days. Payment was easy to make and very transparent. The surgery itself progressed in a kindly, comfortable, and timely manner. I was helped throughout the process by Dr. Phillips and his staff. I had no absolutely no issues during it and went home in good spirits. I had a very easy recovery with minimal side effects and issues. Dr. Phillips scheduled a check-in, and any time that I had a question or concern, he or his staff were extremely responsive in getting back to me: when I was concerned about something, they were even able to see me later that day to alleviate my fears. I strongly recommend Dr. Phillips and his office for all of your oral surgery needs.

Hands down. One of the best doctors, human being, and one of the fire surgeons ever. Had a traumatic injury. Atlantas best hospitals gave me run around but when I reached out to him, he got me an apt for next day and as promised operated on me within 24 hours. Again, one of the top oral surgeons in town.

Dr Phillips is great. He did both of my children’s wisdom teeth and my daughter’s premolars. I believe he contracts with a Smile for you- that’s where he did their teeth work. A Smile for You was giving me the runaround and he came through graciously- thank you so much Dr Phillips 🙏🏽. Not only that but he made my children feel comfortable about the procedure and they healed beautifully. My son was eating cheeseburgers the next morning. Thank you for making their dental experience a good one.

I was extremely nervous having a tooth pulled but the staff and especially Dakota were able to put me at ease quickly. Dr Phillips was excellent with explaining the procedure and quickly completing the surgery. I found him professional and compassionate. Dr Phillips and his whole staff were incredible with my 92 year old father . My dad had an emergency situation and Dr Phillips squeezed him in even though he had a full scheduled day. He was understanding and so compassionate with my dads situation. The front desk are some of nicest people and they were so kind to us . The experience here was amazing. Thank you Doc and everyone there for helping my Dad !!

I was in severe pain due to a cracked tooth. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called the office. Dr. Phillips eased my anxiety and fixed me up with virtually no pain during or the days following the procedure. Thank you, Dr Phillips!

I had three Wisdom Teeth taken out at once--and it was a better experience than when I'd previously had just one removed. The entire team at his practice was pleasant and professional. They know how to treat anxious patients. My appointment was during during the Pandemic, and it was one of the most reassuring experiences I've had while we all deal with COVID-19. Highly recommended!

Dr. Phillips is the best. I went in too have four wisdoms removed and fragments from another tooth removed now I have never been put under but Dr. Phillips assured me that everything was going to be ok and it was I woke with little pain and not a lot of swelling. Thank You for taking good care of me. If you are looking for a good dentist. Please do not hesitate to give Dr. Phillips a call and get that appt scheduled. I was referred to Dr Phillips today to remove my wisdom tooth. His staff was able to get me in the same day and everyone was so nice. When I arrived I was so nervous however the staff was so inviting and made me fell relaxed. Dr Phillips and his Assistant answered all of my questions and had me in and out in no time. I cried after the quick and painless procedure because I was relieving alot of stress. I was worried for nothing. I left smiling and I highly recommend this practice for all of your oral services. I were very pleased with DonaldPhillips and His staff plus the service too.I had surgery for my teeth I was sedated, I didn't feel anything.He was very good and quick,I was in very minium of pain,After I left his office.I was happy. The surgery was the best,I will recommend it to people.The prescriptions were good it took away the pain.Ialready told my family and friends, They were happy I had a wonderful experience.I'm able to go to work ,the 2nd week/The weekend That's only means that if I'm alright to to go back to work.I am ready. They were very caring,perfessional,patient.That means a lot.I was able to listen to my music on my (m-p)player.Thats cool. IThank appreciate you.

Although my visits were several years ago, I am glad to have the opportunity to post this review while searching for Dr. Thomas Osborne to refer to a friend. I was very pleased with Dr. Osborne. He is gentle, personable, patient, professional and understanding...exactly who I needed, as one who has an absolute fear of dentists. He surgically removed a piece of filling left by a previous dentist. I was so pleased, I went back for an extraction. His nurse was sweet and professional as well. She knew how nervous I was but did not hesitate to make certain that I was calm and comfortable before the procedure. After inquiring about the pictures, it was a joy listening to him tell me about his mountain climbing experiences. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I will refer Dr. Osborne to anyone!!

Dr Phillips pulled my tooth today and did a bone graph in preparation for an implant. It was a large molar - top left side of my mouth. I am amazed that I can honestly say I felt no discomfort through out the process and after. I’ve had no pain at all. The whole procedure was so much easier then I anticipated. He and his staff are wonderful. Thank you for making my visit as pleasurable as possible.

Dr. Thomas Osborne is the best. I got all of my wisdom teeth pulled out in 2010 and I didn't even have any pain nor did I need any pain medication, after the surgery. I came to him because both of my aunt and uncle went to him many many many years ago for their wisdom teeth extraction.

I owe this man my life!!! Literally, I almost died in the hands of someone else a week ago, she referred me to his office after a week and a half of sheer hell, I was suffering from a VERY BAD dental abscess !, him and his staff were so kind they took me and seen me that day!, I wasn't able to get the abscess drained until the next day because they lost power, but him and his nurses walked me through everything and made me safe and not scared at all!! Even the after care which I'm still going through is EXCELLENT! He and his team are very professional and I would recommend everyone to them!! Thank you Dr.Thomas Osborne!!
